Header & Navigation
The header appears at the top of every page on your website. It contains your logo, navigation menu, and a call-to-action button.
What You Can Customise
Logo
Upload your business logo that appears in the top-left corner.
- Recommended size: 200 x 60 pixels
- Format: PNG with transparent background works best
- Tip: If you don’t have a logo, your business name will display as text
Navigation Links
Control which pages appear in your menu:
| Link | Description |
|---|---|
| Home | Links to your homepage |
| Services | Scrolls to services section |
| About | Scrolls to about section |
| Blog | Links to your blog page (if enabled) |
| Videos | Links to your video library (if enabled) |
| Book Now | Links to your booking page |
You can show or hide each link based on what you offer.
Call-to-Action Button
The prominent button in your header (usually “Book Now”):
- Button Text - What the button says (e.g., “Book a Session”, “Get Started”)
- Button Link - Where it takes visitors (usually your booking page)
How to Edit
- Go to Site Content → Header
- Upload your logo or enter business name
- Toggle which navigation links to show
- Customise your CTA button text
- Click Preview to see changes
- Click Publish when ready
Mobile Header
On phones and tablets, your header automatically converts to a mobile-friendly format:
- Logo stays visible
- Navigation moves into a “hamburger” menu (three lines icon)
- CTA button remains prominent
Test your website on your phone to make sure the mobile navigation works well.
Best Practices
- Keep navigation simple - 5-6 links maximum
- Use action words - “Book Now” is better than “Booking”
- Logo size matters - Too large looks unprofessional, too small is hard to see
- Consistent branding - Use the same colours as your theme settings
