Getting Started

Welcome to PT Suite! This guide will help you set up your account and get your first client booked.

First-Time Setup

Complete Your Profile

  1. Log in to your admin panel
  2. Go to SettingsBusiness Details
  3. Add your business name and contact information
  4. Upload your logo

Create Session Types

  1. Go to SettingsSession Types
  2. Add your services (e.g., “1-on-1 PT”, “Group Class”)
  3. Set duration and pricing for each

Connect Payments

  1. Go to SettingsPayments
  2. Click Connect with Stripe
  3. Complete the Stripe onboarding process
  4. You’re ready to accept payments!

Adding Your First Client

Create the Client

  1. Go to Clients in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Client
  3. Enter their name and email
  4. Save

Send PARQ Form

  1. Open the client’s profile
  2. Click Request PARQ
  3. Client receives an email to complete their health form

Book a Session

  1. Go to Calendar
  2. Click on an available time
  3. Select the client and session type
  4. Confirm the booking

Customising Your Website

Your website is ready to go with default content. To personalize it:

  1. Go to Site Content in the sidebar
  2. Edit each section with your information
  3. Preview your changes
  4. Publish when ready

Once you’re set up:

  1. Invite existing clients - Import or add your current client base
  2. Create packages - Bundle sessions for better value
  3. Customize emails - Make automated messages personal
  4. Set up email settings - Add a reply-to address so clients can reach you
  5. Promote your site - Share your booking link on social media
