What the Numbers Mean
Active vs Total Clients
- Total Clients: Everyone who has ever booked with you
- Active Clients: Those who booked in the last 30 days
A healthy ratio suggests good client retention. If active clients are much lower than total, consider reaching out to past clients.
Completion Rate
This percentage shows sessions actually completed vs scheduled:
Good: 90%+ completion rate Needs attention: Below 80% - review cancellation patterns
Low completion rates might indicate:
- Cancellation policy may need adjusting
- Session times might not suit clients
- Follow-up reminders might help
Pending Reviews
This shows how many PAR-Q health forms need your review. Clear these before training new clients to ensure safety.
