Session Packages
Packages let you sell bundles of sessions at a set price. Instead of clients paying per session, they buy a package (for example, 10 sessions) and use credits each time they book.
Why Offer Packages?
- Better value for clients — Packages are usually cheaper per session than single bookings
- Steady income for you — Clients pay upfront for multiple sessions
- Client commitment — Buying a package encourages clients to stick with their training
- Simpler admin — Track credits instead of collecting payment each time
Where to Find It
- Click Packages in the sidebar
- You will see all your active packages listed
How Packages Work
- You create a package with a name, number of sessions, and price
- Clients purchase the package through your website or you create it for them
- Each time they book, a session credit is used
- You can see their remaining credits on their profile
Package Details
Each package has:
| Field | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Name | What clients see (e.g., “10 Pack PT Sessions”) |
| Description | A short summary of what is included |
| Number of Sessions | How many session credits the package includes |
| Price | The total package price |
| Validity Period | How long the package lasts (optional — leave blank for no expiry) |
| Active/Inactive | Whether clients can purchase this package |
Creating a Package
- Go to Packages in the sidebar
- Click the Create Package or + button
- Fill in the details:
- Name — Keep it clear and simple (e.g., “10 Session Bundle”)
- Sessions — How many sessions are included (default is 10)
- Price — The total price for all sessions
- Validity — Optional expiry in days (leave blank for no expiry)
- Description — What clients see when they browse packages
- Click Save
Pricing tip: If your single session is £50, you might price a 10-pack at £450 (a 10% saving). This gives clients an incentive to commit.
Managing Packages
Editing a Package

Pricing Strategies
| Strategy | Example | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Volume discount | 10 sessions at 10% off | Encouraging commitment |
| Starter pack | 3 sessions at a small discount | New clients trying you out |
| Premium bundle | 20 sessions with a big discount | Loyal, long-term clients |
| Time-limited | 10 sessions valid for 3 months | Creating urgency |
Best Practices
- Offer 2-3 package sizes — A small starter, a standard bundle, and a larger value pack
- Name them clearly — Clients should immediately understand what they get
- Set validity periods to encourage regular attendance (if appropriate)
- Check credits regularly — Follow up with clients who have unused credits
