1:1 Sessions

Traditional personal training where a client books a time slot with you.

  • Client chooses from your available times
  • One client per session
  • Flexible scheduling based on your working hours

Group Classes

Run classes with multiple participants at scheduled times.

  • You set the schedule (e.g., “HIIT every Tuesday 6pm”)
  • Clients enroll in specific class instances
  • Set capacity limits (in-person and/or online)
  • Support for hybrid classes (online + in-person together)

Programs

Multi-session structured experiences, optionally with video content.

  • Hybrid Programs — Live sessions + video modules
  • Video-Only Programs — Self-paced courses with no live component
  • Live-Only Programs — Traditional group programs without video

Which Should You Use?

Quick Guide:

  • Want flexible 1-on-1 bookings? → 1:1 Sessions
  • Running regular scheduled classes? → Group Classes
  • Offering a structured course or challenge? → Programs

You can (and likely will) use all three. Many trainers offer 1:1 sessions as their core service, run group classes for additional revenue, and sell programs for passive income.
