1:1 Sessions
Traditional personal training where a client books a time slot with you.

Group Classes
Run classes with multiple participants at scheduled times.
- You set the schedule (e.g., “HIIT every Tuesday 6pm”)

Programs
Multi-session structured experiences, optionally with video content.

Which Should You Use?
Quick Guide:
- Want flexible 1-on-1 bookings? → 1:1 Sessions
- Running regular scheduled classes? → Group Classes
- Offering a structured course or challenge? → Programs
You can (and likely will) use all three. Many trainers offer 1:1 sessions as their core service, run group classes for additional revenue, and sell programs for passive income.
