Your WebsiteWebsite Overview

Your Website

PT Suite gives you a professional website that you can fully customise without any coding. Your site is built from sections that you can edit, rearrange, and style to match your brand.

Accessing Site Content

  1. Log in to your admin panel
  2. Click Site Content in the sidebar
  3. Select the section you want to edit

Website Sections

Your website is made up of these customisable sections:

SectionPurpose
HeaderYour logo, navigation menu, and contact button
HeroThe main banner with your headline and call-to-action
ServicesShowcase what you offer
FeaturesHighlight key benefits of training with you
AboutTell your story and build trust
TestimonialsSocial proof from happy clients
FooterContact info, social links, and business details

How Editing Works

All changes are saved as drafts first. You choose when to publish them live.

When you edit any section:

  1. Make changes - Edit text, upload images, adjust settings
  2. Preview - See how it looks before publishing
  3. Save as draft - Keep changes without making them live
  4. Publish - Make changes visible on your website

Section Order

Sections appear on your homepage in this order:

  1. Header (always at top)
  2. Hero
  3. Services
  4. Features
  5. About
  6. Testimonials
  7. Footer (always at bottom)

Quick Tips

Start with Your Hero

The hero section is what visitors see first. Make sure it clearly explains what you do and who you help.

Use Quality Images

Professional photos make a huge difference. Use images that are at least 1200 pixels wide.

Keep Text Concise

Visitors scan, they don’t read. Use short paragraphs and bullet points.

Be Authentic

Write in your own voice. Clients want to connect with a real person, not a corporate brand.

Image Guidelines

For best results across all devices:

SectionRecommended SizeFormat
Logo200 x 60 pxPNG (transparent)
Hero Background1920 x 1080 pxJPG or PNG
About Photo800 x 800 pxJPG or PNG
Service Icons100 x 100 pxPNG or SVG
Testimonial Photos150 x 150 pxJPG or PNG

Large image files slow down your website. Keep images under 500KB each when possible.
