Speed up your daily workflow with these common tasks accessible right from your dashboard.
Adding a New Booking
Need to book a session for a client?
- Click New Booking or the + button
- Select the client (or add a new one)
- Choose the session type
- Pick an available date and time
- Confirm the booking
The system automatically checks your availability and prevents double-bookings.
Viewing Today’s Sessions
From the dashboard:
- Click any session in Today’s Schedule for full details
- Hover over a session to see quick info
- Use the View All link to see your full calendar
Marking Sessions Complete
After finishing a session:
- Click the session in your schedule
- Select Mark Complete
- Add any session notes (optional but recommended)
- Save
Completed sessions are tracked in the client’s history.
Handling No-Shows
If a client doesn’t attend:
- Click the session
- Select Mark as No-Show
- The booking is recorded as missed
No-show handling for packages depends on your settings - you can choose whether to deduct a session credit or not.
Quick Client Lookup
To quickly find a client:
- Use the search bar at the top of your dashboard
- Type the client’s name
- Click their name to view their profile
Common Dashboard Tasks
