Speed up your daily workflow with these common tasks accessible right from your dashboard.

Adding a New Booking

Need to book a session for a client?

  1. Click New Booking or the + button
  2. Select the client (or add a new one)
  3. Choose the session type
  4. Pick an available date and time
  5. Confirm the booking

The system automatically checks your availability and prevents double-bookings.

Viewing Today’s Sessions

From the dashboard:

  • Click any session in Today’s Schedule for full details
  • Hover over a session to see quick info
  • Use the View All link to see your full calendar

Marking Sessions Complete

After finishing a session:

  1. Click the session in your schedule
  2. Select Mark Complete
  3. Add any session notes (optional but recommended)
  4. Save

Completed sessions are tracked in the client’s history.

Handling No-Shows

If a client doesn’t attend:

  1. Click the session
  2. Select Mark as No-Show
  3. The booking is recorded as missed

No-show handling for packages depends on your settings - you can choose whether to deduct a session credit or not.

Quick Client Lookup

To quickly find a client:

  1. Use the search bar at the top of your dashboard
  2. Type the client’s name
  3. Click their name to view their profile
