Billing & Your Plan

Manage your subscription, view your plan, and purchase add-ons.

Where to Find It

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Billing

Your Free Trial

When you sign up, you get a free trial with full access to all features on your plan. Here is what to expect:

During Your Trial

  • All features work normally
  • You can set up your website, add clients, and take bookings
  • A small banner at the top shows how many days are left

Trial Ending Soon

When your trial is close to expiring (5 days or less), you will see a reminder banner. This is a friendly heads-up to choose a plan before your trial ends.

After Your Trial Expires

If your trial ends without upgrading:

  • You will see a banner asking you to subscribe — this banner cannot be dismissed
  • Some features become unavailable until you upgrade
  • Your data is safe — nothing is deleted
  • You have a 3-day grace period before features are fully blocked

Do not worry — your clients, bookings, and all your data stay exactly where they are. Just upgrade to pick up right where you left off.

How to Upgrade

Click the Upgrade Now or View Plans button on the banner, or visit the Billing page in Settings. You will be taken to the pricing page to choose your plan.

PT Suite offers three plans. Account owners can view and switch plans from the Your Plan tab on the Billing page.

What Each Plan Includes

All plans include:

  • Booking system
  • Website builder
  • Blog
  • Group classes and programs
  • PAR-Q health forms
  • Online payments
  • Custom domain
  • Custom branding

Pro adds:

  • Video library
  • AI session planning
  • Unlimited clients

Studio adds:

  • Unlimited trainers
  • Unlimited locations
  • Dedicated account manager

Switching Plans

  • Upgrades take effect immediately (billing is adjusted automatically)
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Only account owners can change plans

Streaming Usage

If your plan includes the video library (Pro and Studio), the Usage Overview tab shows how many streaming minutes you have used this month.

  • Your base plan includes a set number of minutes
  • A progress bar shows your usage
  • At 80% usage, you will see a warning
  • A 10% grace period is included beyond your limit

Streaming Add-ons

Need more streaming minutes? Purchase add-ons from the Streaming Add-ons tab.

  • Add-ons are billed monthly
  • Minutes are added on top of your base plan
  • You can purchase multiple add-ons
  • Cancel anytime — the add-on stays active until the end of the billing period

App Add-ons

Looking for a branded mobile app? The App Add-ons tab shows available options:

  • Custom Branded App — Your logo, colours, and push notifications
  • White-Label App — Your own App Store listing under your name

Subscription Status

Payment Issues

Payment Failed

If a payment does not go through, you will see a banner asking you to update your payment method. Click the button to go to Stripe’s billing portal.

Common Questions

Will I lose my data if my trial expires?

No. Your data stays safe. You just cannot access some features until you upgrade.

Can I downgrade later?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan features until then.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Contact support or use the Stripe billing portal. Your account stays accessible until the end of your paid period.
