  • Express Session — Shorter, focused workouts

Each session type has its own duration, price, and description.

Variable Pricing

Different rates for different scenarios:

  • Peak hours (e.g., 6-8am, 5-7pm)
  • Off-peak discounts
  • Weekend rates

Set up multiple session types with different prices for each scenario.

Online Sessions (Zoom)

When you enable online delivery:

  1. Clients select “Online” when booking
  2. A Zoom meeting is automatically created

Tip: Connect your Zoom account in SettingsIntegrations to enable automatic meeting creation.

How Clients Book

  1. Client visits your booking page
  2. Selects a session type
  3. Chooses an available time from your calendar
  4. Enters their details
  5. Pays (if required)
  6. Receives confirmation

Your availability is based on each trainer’s working hours minus any existing bookings.

Best Practices

Keep It Simple

  • 3-5 session types is ideal
  • Too many choices overwhelm clients
  • Group similar offerings

Clear Naming

  • Use descriptive names
  • Avoid jargon
  • Make the value clear

Good Descriptions

Include:

  • What the session involves
  • Who it’s for
  • What clients will gain

Appropriate Pricing

  • Research your local market
  • Consider your experience level
  • Factor in your costs (rent, equipment, travel)
