How Booking Works
Client Visits Your Site
They browse your services and decide to book.
They Choose a Service
They select from your 1:1 sessions, group classes, or programs.
They Pick a Time
For 1:1 sessions, they see your available slots based on trainer working hours. For group classes, they see scheduled class times.
They Complete Booking
They enter details and pay (if required).
You Get Notified
You receive a notification about the new booking.
What You’ll Learn
Booking Statuses
| Status | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Confirmed | Booking is scheduled | Show up and train! |
| Pending | Awaiting confirmation or payment | Review and confirm |
| Completed | Session has happened | Add notes if needed |
| Cancelled | Booking was cancelled | Check refund status |
| No-Show | Client didn’t attend | Mark and follow up |
Booking for Clients
